We are thrilled to share some fantastic updates with you about your shopping experience; including an evolution to the Swan View Shopping Centre brand, the opening of Nido Childcare in February 2025, public art and changes to current and new stores (to be announced soon).

'Swan View' remains a significant part of our name and identity as it is the location we reside. 'Central' represents a vital destination of commerce, community and a central meeting point for locals. The look and feel of the four logo marques ensure a sense of belonging to our community, capturing the essence of our community and lifestyle, surrounded by picturesque landscapes, seasonal waterfalls, and the beauty of John Forrest National Park. This rich blend of history and natural beauty has inspired our new logo and colour palette with our marque being created to symbolise:

• Perth Hills: Celebrating our location with a yellow hue reflecting the hills’ golden glow at sunset.
• Flora & Fauna: Showcasing the lush vegetation with a vibrant green hue.
• Train Tunnel: Highlighting the iconic Swan View Tunnel with scenic walking trails.
• Water: Embracing the beauty of the Swan River, seasonal waterfalls and natural streams

The updated centre rebrand will be unveiled to the Swan View community in November 2024.
